Welcome to ConfiShop, a division of The ConfiVentures Group, LLC. By accessing or using our website at confishop.net (the "Site") and purchasing products from ConfiShop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Site or services.
1. General Terms
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By using confishop.net, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
1.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on ConfiShop. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.
1.3 Changes to Terms
The ConfiVentures Group, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Products and Services
2.1 Product Descriptions
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for all products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, images, or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
2.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refuse orders placed at incorrect prices.
2.3 Product Availability
Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative product.
2.4 Print-on-Demand Items
Certain products (apparel, custom items) are made-to-order and printed specifically for you. These items are non-returnable except in cases of damage, defects, or incorrect shipment (see our Return & Refund Policy).
3. Orders and Payment
3.1 Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase products from ConfiShop. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3.2 Payment
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed through Shopify Payments or other secure third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
3.3 Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order—it is simply acknowledgment that we have received it.
3.4 Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes based on your billing or shipping address.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States and internationally (where available). Shipping times vary based on product type, destination, and carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
4.2 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
4.3 Risk of Loss
All items purchased from ConfiShop are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
4.4 Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You are responsible for monitoring the shipment and ensuring someone is available to receive it.
4.5 Lost or Stolen Packages
ConfiShop is not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership
All content on confishop.net, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and software, is the property of The ConfiVentures Group, LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 Limited License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent.
6.3 Trademarks
"ConfiShop," "The ConfiVentures Group," and related logos are trademarks of The ConfiVentures Group, LLC. You may not use these trademarks without our express written permission.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, servers, or networks
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without permission
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
8. Privacy

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

9.2 No Guarantee
We do not warrant that:

- Defects will be corrected
- The Site or servers are free of viruses or harmful components
- Results from using the Site will meet your expectations
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CONFIVENTURES GROUP, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The ConfiVentures Group, LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Site
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12.2 Jurisdiction
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
12.3 Arbitration (Optional)
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The ConfiVentures Group, LLC regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
