ConfiShop Shipping Policy

ConfiShop, a division of The ConfiVentures Group, LLC, is committed to delivering your order in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping policy below.


1. Shipping Locations

1.1 Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.).

1.2 International Shipping

International shipping availability varies by product. International shipping options (if available) will be displayed at checkout. Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country
  • The customer is responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes
  • ConfiShop is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing

1.3 P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Please note that delivery times may vary for these locations.


2. Processing Time

2.1 Print-on-Demand Items (Apparel, Custom Products)

Print-on-demand items are made-to-order and typically require:

  • Processing time: 2-7 business days (production and quality check)
  • Processing begins once payment is confirmed
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

2.2 In-Stock Items (Planners, Journals, Tech Items, Motivational Merch)

In-stock items typically ship within:

  • Processing time: 1-3 business days
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day

2.3 Business Days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3.1 Standard Shipping

  • Delivery time: 5-10 business days (after processing)
  • Available for all domestic orders

3.2 Expedited Shipping

  • Delivery time: 2-5 business days (after processing)
  • Available for select products and locations
  • Additional fees apply

3.3 Express Shipping

  • Delivery time: 1-3 business days (after processing)
  • Available for select products and locations
  • Additional fees apply

3.4 International Shipping

  • Delivery time: 10-30 business days (after processing), depending on destination
  • Delivery times may be affected by customs processing and local carrier delays

Note: Delivery times begin after the processing period and do not include weekends or holidays.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your shipping address
  • Selected shipping method
  • Order weight and dimensions

4.1 Free Shipping Promotions

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Terms and conditions will be displayed during the promotion period. Free shipping typically applies to:

  • Standard shipping only
  • Domestic U.S. orders only
  • Orders over a specified minimum purchase amount

5. Order Tracking

5.1 Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Estimated delivery date

5.2 Track Your Order

You can track your order by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Visiting the carrier's website and entering your tracking number
  • Logging into your ConfiShop account (if applicable)

5.3 Tracking Updates

Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after your order ships. If tracking has not updated after 48 hours, please contact us at confiventuresgroup@gmail.com.


6. Delivery Issues

6.1 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. ConfiShop is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address:

  • Contact us immediately at confiventuresgroup@gmail.com
  • If your order has not yet shipped, we will update the address
  • If your order has already shipped, we cannot change the address

6.2 Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Customs processing (international orders)
  • High order volume during peak seasons

ConfiShop is not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

6.3 Failed Delivery Attempts

If the carrier is unable to deliver your order due to:

  • No one available to receive the package
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Refusal of delivery

The package may be returned to the carrier's facility or to ConfiShop. You may be responsible for redelivery fees or return shipping costs.

6.4 Lost or Stolen Packages

ConfiShop is not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. We recommend:

  • Tracking your order and monitoring delivery status
  • Requesting signature confirmation at checkout (if available)
  • Contacting the carrier directly to file a claim

We are happy to assist with carrier claims and will provide necessary documentation upon request.

6.5 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Do not discard the packaging
  2. Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
  3. Contact us immediately at confiventuresgroup@gmail.com
  4. We will work with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate (see our Return & Refund Policy)

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

7.1 Before Shipment

If you need to change or cancel your order:

  • Contact us immediately at confiventuresgroup@gmail.com
  • If your order has not yet entered production or shipped, we will accommodate your request
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days

7.2 After Shipment

Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information on returns.


8. Multiple Item Orders

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately, depending on:

  • Product type (print-on-demand vs. in-stock items)
  • Warehouse location
  • Product availability

You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order. There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments.


9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failed delivery attempts:

  • We will contact you at the email address provided
  • You may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order
  • If you do not respond within 30 days, the order may be canceled and no refund will be issued

10. Peak Season Shipping

During peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holidays), processing and shipping times may be extended due to high order volume. We will notify customers of any delays via email and on our website.
