ConfiShop Return & Refund Policy

ConfiShop, a division of The ConfiVentures Group, LLC, is committed to your satisfaction. Please review our return and refund policy below.


Print-on-Demand Items (Apparel, Custom Products)

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on items that have been printed specifically for your order, including but not limited to:

  • Hoodies, t-shirts, and other apparel
  • Custom-printed accessories
  • Personalized items

Exceptions:

We will gladly replace or refund items that arrive:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective (printing errors, manufacturing defects)
  • Incorrect (wrong size, design, or item shipped)

To request a replacement or refund for damaged, defective, or incorrect items:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Email: confiventuresgroup@gmail.com
  3. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description
  4. We will review and respond within 2-3 business days

Non-Custom Items (Planners, Journals, Tech Items, Motivational Merch)

We accept returns on non-custom, resalable items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at confiventuresgroup@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided (customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect)
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Digital downloads (if applicable)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Products that show signs of use or wear

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping:

  1. Do not discard the packaging
  2. Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
  3. Contact us immediately at [Your Support Email]
  4. We will work with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate

Order Cancellations

Before Production:

If your order has not yet entered production, you may cancel for a full refund. Contact us immediately at confiventuresgroup@gmail.com.

After Production:

Once an order has been printed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our return policy above.


Lost or Stolen Packages

ConfiShop is not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. We recommend:

  • Tracking your order using the tracking number provided
  • Requesting signature confirmation at checkout (if available)
  • Contacting the carrier directly to file a claim

We are happy to assist with carrier claims and will provide necessary documentation upon request.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or item:

  1. Return the original item following our return process (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order for the desired item
